Kerala has a good breed of nurses.
Most of the Nursing Schools in Kerala are run on strict quality
standards. Many of these Nursing Schools are attached to super-speciality
hospitals managed by religious organisations & private
management.
Nurses from Kerala (Kochi) have created a brand
for themselves through their commitment, dedication and hardwork
in work environments abroad. We have a strong database of Kerala
bred nurses working in Kerala and elsewhere in India and abroad.
These experienced nurses have exposure to the best available
nursing practices in India and Middle East. They are fluent
in English and many of them have passed the eligibility tests
like IELTS and CGFNS through our own Training Centres.
The
network of NI all over India can also be leveraged to track
the right kind of talent trained elsewhere in the country.
Our Competitive Advantage :
Promoted by the Archdiocese of
Ernakulam-Angamaly, NI can exclusively leverage the network of
the church in India to identify the right kind of talents trained
in church-managed Nursing Schools and working in the church-managed
hospitals, apart from the talents outside.
Under the jurisdiction
of the promoters of NI alone we have 36 hospitals, a few of which
are Speciality hospitals. We have two big hospitals of 1000 beds
and 800 beds respectively. Most of these hospitals have General
Nursing and BSc Nursing training. They churn out approximately
over 1000 nurses a year. All of them come out with reasonably
good exposure to quality healthcare practices.
